SO I know Forever 21 has a Beauty section, but I've never paid any attention to it... until now. This intriguing piece caught my eye because of the color ( I seriously thought Forever21 had forgotten to take off their Halloween make-up stuff off) But then I read the name of this lipstick and I had to click it!
